Sorry folks no ROMs for these games, I will put them up for saturn if I can find them, but I am sure that somebody would be on my ass for it because commercial sites still sell these games, if you have a Sega Saturn you can get these games and a Mod-Chip at The Dragonball Specialty Store.

It is definitely a dirrivitive of UB22 for the PSX or mabey the other way around. However, from the looks of it this game loks a hell of allot better, the character animation looks the same but man the backrounds are done in a unique way when you hits someone into the backround or the foreground it shows this grid of a rotating plane showing you that the level is shifting and the your cahracter jumps from the side of the creen on a different view if the level, AWSOME!! The cinematics in this game are kinda suck, but thats Saturn for ya. Also the ki attacks when compared to UB22's crappy orange fireballs Rock totally! They look so damn good! When you shoot a big attack like the Big Bang or Kamehameha it shows a close up of your shocked enemy's face, then goes to him/her grinning, another cool feature. One thing that this game and UB22 share is that cool gameplay system. This game also has another mode that UB22 doesn't, a mode where you are Mr. Satan and you bannana peels in or squirt oil, trying to rig a match for No. 18, weird but fun. If you can find this game.....BUY IT! you almost definetly wont find it anywhere for under $100, I simply rented it from an anime store then burned it hehe =D.
